It is one of many available, and if requested, then I will post more for you
to use. As we all know, keeping fit and staying healthy is very important, and this is what this workout is designed to help you do. If you can do this workout once a day or even once a week, then I hope it has some positive affect to your health and overall fitness. For these particular workouts, it would be beneficial for you to have either a kick or punch bag, or a partner who can also do the workout with you. It is only a guide, so do not take the suggested times too serious, if you do it quicker or it takes longer, then that is up to you, either way I hope you enjoy it.
